Delivery Information

1. Order Processing 
At GinsengVita.com, our business days are Monday - Sunday (excluding holidays). Normal order cut-off time is 6:00PM Pacific Time every day to process on the next business day, and ship out on the following business day. Please allow at least 1 business days for us to process your order.

Note:
Occasional delays in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or is out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.

2. Shipping Carrier
At GinsengVita.com, to ensure the best shopping experience, we use USPS to deliver our packages. USPS has track and confirm ability, estimated delivery time, and insurance included.

Note:
Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.). Also, be sure to receive and sign for the package if USPS needs a receiver to be there to sign for the package. USPS makes tow to three delivery attempts excluding holidays.

3. USA Shipping
To ensure accurate tracking and prevent lost packages, GinsengVita.com using USPS service for domestic shipping.

4. World Shipping
For non-USA orders, we have USPS First-Class Package InternationalPriority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International.
For China order, we have GCExpress service and USPS service.
For Taiwan order, we have Parceltotaiwan service and USPS service.

5. How long it takes for GinsengVita.com to ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of the placed order. We ship orders out Monday – Friday. Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. We will e-mail you should there be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock.

6. Customs and Duties
We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. All international orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so.

Note:
Slight Possibility Customs may hold a Package if customer doesn’t receive their order by the end of the 3rd business from when the order was shipped out. If this happens, contact GinsengVita.com Customer Service.

7. Shipping Policy
Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information is correct before submitting the order. Even if the order qualifies for free shipping, the customer will be responsible and charged for any additional shipping fee for the following: 

Inaccurate Shipping Address and Undeliverable Address
Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.). GinsengVita.com is not liable for any inaccurate shipping information and address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and accurate shipping information and address for USPS to deliver. Any charges incurred by GinsengVita.com in the process of re-routing or making an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. GinsengVita.com will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges if possible. 

Unsuccessful Delivery
Please be sure to receive and sign for the package if USPS needs a receiver to be there to sign for the package. USPS makes three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the third and final delivery attempt has been made and the driver was unable to leave the package, USPS will return the package to the Sender. Any charges incurred by GinsengVita.com in the process of Unsuccessful Delivery, will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Refused Shipments
Shipping charges incurred by GinsengVita.com while attempting to deliver the item(s) / merchandise which is refused will be the customer’s responsibility. 

Shipments Bounce Back and Re-Shipments
GinsengVita.com will inform the customer of the situation and if the customer wants the item(s) / merchandise, it is the customer’s responsibility for Re-Shipment of the Package. If the customer no longer wants the package, they will be responsible for the Unsuccessful Delivery and a 10% restocking fee. The customer will get a refund minus the shipping cost, unsuccessful delivery, and a 10% restocking fee. If the Customer doesn’t respond or contact GinsengVita.com after 20 business days from the first notification of the Shipment Bounce Back, GinsengVita.com will issue a refund minus the shipping cost, unsuccessful delivery, and a 10% restocking fee. 

If any of the issue occurred, is due to GinsengVita.com, GinsengVita.com will be responsible for the additional incurred shipping charges only.

*Upon Request we can Ship with USPS Global Express for International Customers (usually 2-5 working days for delivery, please add another 2 to 3 business days for order verification and processing time.) with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. International orders will be marked as merchandise. If you have special request, please add a note when placing the order so we know to do so. 

We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges. For high value orders please complete the Authorization Form and return it promptly otherwise it will cause delay.

* For packages that are unclaimed or abondoned due to customer refusal of paying customs and duties, the customer will be responsible for taxes & shipping.
* If your order has not arrived within the time period, there maybe delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Please Contact Us to help you locate your package at anytime.
