Returns & Replacements

Please fill out the online RMA request form completely and submit to ginsengvita.com RMA department.

The RMA number you have been assigned from ginsengvita.com is for inspection purposes only. You will receive either credit or replacement if only under the condition that the merchandise was purchased from ginsengvita.com and under the ginsengvita.com warranty period. All merchandise received by ginsengvita.com will undergo inspection and testing.

All returned merchandise will be processed contingent upon the test result. (Note: Any merchandise without proof of purchase or serial numbers that do not match Tonerforsell’s database will be returned to the customer with shipping fees applied.



 The following are ginsengvita.com standard terms and conditions, which shall apply to all future Purchase Orders, unless we have entered into a separate written agreement. Please retain a copy for your files, unless otherwise notified to the contrary. These terms and conditions do not take precedence over any existing ginsengvita contract. All Orders will be transmitted to you via email or fax, and will reference this set of standard terms and conditions.

 All of our promotions and offers are limited time only and may not be available untill the next the offer(s) is posted on the website.
